Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer or "mirror" materials on another server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access or use the Platform for any illegal activity

3. User Accounts

When creating an account on our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws and our policies

Astra Production reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tickets & Events

4.1 Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and venue. Tickets are:

• Non-transferable unless stated otherwise
• Subject to cancellation if terms are violated
• Non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy
• May require valid ID for entry

4.2 Ticket Availability

Astra Production reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel events or showtimes with reasonable notice
• Limit ticket quantities per user
• Refuse admission for violation of conduct standards
• Update pricing and availability in real-time

4.3 Content License

Your ticket purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or publicly perform the content
• Record, download, or copy the content
• Stream content to unauthorized audiences
• Circumvent any technological protections

5. Payments & Billing

5.1 Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Razorpay and other secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for purchases.

5.2 Pricing & Fees

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional taxes or fees may apply and will be disclosed during checkout.

5.3 Billing Disputes

If you believe there's an error in your billing, contact us within 30 days of the charge with proof of payment and specific details of the discrepancy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points:

• Within 24 hours of purchase: Eligible for cancellation and refund
• After 24 hours of purchase: No refunds available
• Technical glitches: Full refund for payment/system errors
• Event cancellation by organizer: Full refund processed within 7-10 business days

7. User Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Upload harmful, offensive, or defamatory content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Use bots or automated systems without permission

7.2 Conduct at Events

At cinema venues or events, you agree to:

• Respect the rights and safety of other attendees
• Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
• Not bring prohibited items (weapons, outside food/drinks, recording devices)
• Not engage in harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior
• Comply with local laws and regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and media on the Platform belong to Astra Production or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Register trademarks or domains based on our marks

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astra Production shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your personal information
• Third-party conduct or services

This limitation applies even if Astra Production has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all materials, services, and content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Astra Production disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Title, non-infringement, and availability
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astra Production and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

12. Termination

Astra Production may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Illegal or harmful conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Business decisions or platform discontinuation

Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
